“No Signal” on monitor when logging on to Windows

Problem

When starting up the computer the screen display operates without problems until it starts logging into Windows when it says “No Signal”.

Solution

1. Start the computer in Safe Mode.
2. Open the Device Manager.
3. Expand the Display adapters section.
4. For each item listed, right click it and select Uninstall.
5. Restart the computer..
