Wireless won’t connect after installing Kaspersky

Problem

With a Kaspersky product installed, you are unable to connect to the Internet with your wireless connection.

Solution

You need to disable the Kaspersky NDIS Filter:

  1. Click the Start button (Windows XP users should then click Run).
  2. Type ncpa.cpl and press Enter.
  3. Right click on your wireless connection and click Properties.
  4. Uncheck the Kaspersky NDIS Filter and click OK.
