Mac won’t play files from an Olympus dictaphone in Quicktime
Problem You are unable to play any files from your Olympus dictaphone on your Mac. Cause Olympus dictaphones record in the WMA format. BY default there is no codec for this on a Mac. Solution In order to play these files you will need the WMA codec for Quicktime.
