Resetting the printing system can help troubleshoot problems using a printer on your Mac.
- Click the Apple icon in the top left.
- Click System Preferences.
- Click on Print & Fax.
- Right click or Ctrl+Click on the left column where the printers are listed and click Reset printing service. This will delete any printers and jobs currently on the system.
- Now you may re-add your printer(s). If they do not appear, then try installing the latest drivers from the printer disc or manufacturers website.
